Deployments in progress, published as they happen
Most vendors publish a case study once the numbers look good. We publish the pilot while it is still running, including the parts that do not work yet. If you are evaluating operational AI, watching a live deployment tells you more than a finished testimonial.
A case study claims an outcome. A pilot claims work in progress. Keeping them separate means neither has to be exaggerated to justify the other. Everything on this page is running now, with results reported when they exist rather than when they would be convenient.
What a Rubicon pilot involves
Understand first
We learn how the work is done today before changing anything, because a system that ignores the existing process gets worked around rather than used.
Existing cameras where possible
A-Eye is built to run on CCTV that is already in place, so a pilot rarely starts with a hardware purchase.
Agreed objectives
What we are trying to achieve is agreed at the start, so the pilot can be judged honestly rather than reinterpreted into a success.
Processing on site
Vision runs on the premises. Footage stays with the client and only results leave the building.
Published as we go
Progress notes are added during the pilot, not written retrospectively once the ending is known.
The client controls disclosure
Nothing identifying a client appears without their written agreement. Some pilots stay anonymous permanently.
